How long is reception open?
Our reception is open daily from 07:30 to 20:30. If you arrive later, please contact us so that we can tell you where to leave the room key.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Is an advance payment necessary for a stay?
No, prepayment is not necessary unless you have booked via Booking.com.

Cancellation conditions:
up to 14 days before arrival: can be canceled free of charge
4 to 13 days before arrival: 50% of the package price
0 to 3 days before arrival: 100% of the arrangement price
Are allergy-friendly rooms or special bed linen available?
We are happy to provide you with allergy-friendly bed linen on request. Please let us know at the time of booking. There are no carpets in any of our rooms. Only the apartment has carpeting.

Is there free WLAN in the hotel?
Yes, free WLAN is available in the entire hotel area.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
No, the hotel does not have air conditioning.
Is smoking permitted in the hotel?
Smoking is not permitted in the hotel.
Are dogs and cats allowed in the hotel?
Dogs and cats are very welcome. However, a flat rate of CHF 20.00 per pet and night will be charged.
Can we store our ski equipment / bicycles safely?
We have a lockable ski room so that your sports equipment is safely stowed away.
- In summer: Our underground garage has its own bicycle parking spaces so that bicycles and mountain bikes can also be parked safely. There are plenty of power sockets near the bicycle parking lot where you can charge your e-bikes conveniently
- In winter: Our heated ski room is ideal for safely storing your ski and snowboard equipment. Ski boots can also be dried in the ski room
Your room card gives you easy access to the ski room and underground garage at any time.
Is there a fridge in the room?
There is a minibar in every room.
Is the hiking day ticket / ski pass included in the room price?
The hiking day pass / ski pass for the Meiringen-Hasliberg Cableways is not included in the room price.
However, you can obtain hiking day tickets / ski passes at reduced rates at our reception:

During the summer and winter season:
Reduced hiking day tickets 3+ zones of Cableways Meiringen-Hasliberg AG are available at the reception. CHF 18.00 per adult and CHF 5.00 per child. Children from 6 to 16 years of age with the SBB Junior or Children's Co-travelcard travel free of charge, provided they are accompanied by a parent/guardian with a valid ticket of the same name.
